Your cleaner does a quick walkthrough to note any particular concerns, priority areas, or access to specific spaces (like inside the oven or cabinets) before starting.

Our deep cleaning service starts at $450 for a typical 2–3 bedroom home. Larger homes or properties with significant buildup may be quoted higher — we'll always confirm your flat-rate price before the clean begins. There are no hourly rates or surprise charges.
A standard clean covers all the main surfaces and areas efficiently — ideal for regular maintenance. A deep clean adds inside the oven and fridge, grout scrubbing, baseboards, ceiling fans, vents, inside all cabinets and drawers, and behind and under appliances. It takes roughly twice as long and costs more, but produces a noticeably different result.
For a 2–3 bedroom home, expect 4–6 hours. Larger homes or those that haven't been professionally cleaned recently can take longer. We'll give you an estimated time range when you book so you can plan accordingly.
Most clients book a deep clean once or twice a year as a seasonal reset, with standard recurring cleans in between. Some book a deep clean quarterly if they have pets, young children, or high-traffic households. The most popular pattern is: one deep clean to start, then bi-weekly standard cleans to maintain.
There's no need to pre-clean. Clearing any items off counters or floors you'd like us to clean underneath is helpful but not required. If you'd like the inside of the fridge done, emptying it first speeds things up. We handle the rest.
